Svensk Indisk Förening (SIF) thank you once again and welcome you to the first (inaugu-ral) Annual General Meeting (AGM).

Meeting Details:

• Program:

  • 17:15 Hrs. Assembly

  • 17:30 - 19:30, AGM

  • 17:30 - 20:30, Networking

  • 20:30 -21:00, Cleaning/closing the venue

• Location: Folkets Hus, Carlavägen 24, 771 30 Ludvika

• Suppleant (Dy. board member) (4 positions): Yes/No

• Revisor (Auditor) (2 positions):                       Yes/No

• Justerare (Scrutinizer/adjuster) (1 position):   Yes/No

Kindly note the following:

• As per regulations, board members are required to have full personal number (fullstän-dig personnummer) and registered (bokförd) in Ludvika municipality population regis-tered and able to continue the full term, please check while you nominate yourself

• Current founding members are considered nominated for their respective positions unless they choose to nominate themselves for a different role.

• Justerare (Scrutinizer/adjuster) is who will review the meeting protocol, it's not an elected post, however interested members are welcome

• A final list of candidates will be shared with all members prior to the AGM

• Voting will be done using online tool (e.g. Mentometer), members are requested to have their phone with them

• Personal number will also be required for all other members, to be collected during the AGM

We are also welcoming enthusiastic members to join various event committees and many of you have already mentioned at the time of registration. We will discuss these exciting opportunities during the AGM.
